The Depths, an adult furry webcomic – Page 46: Dreams
We were torn as to how we wanted to approach Leilani’s past. Since David obviously survived whatever she was still thinking about, someone else did not. It’s tragic when you have to give a character something so horrible to deal with like a lost child – but it’s in these tragedies that our characters learn to stand up again after falling.
That’s what life is all about.
One sad note to add. The day the original page was completed, October 11, 2018, Leilani and Riffraff had to make the unfortunate and painful decision to allow one of their black cats, 14-year-old girl Mystery, to enter eternity. We all share their love and loss during this time, and dedicate this page to her once more. <3

At least. When I was writing this, I didn’t want to make too much about how deep the waters were – or how long the otters here can stay underwater without air. Always best to leave a few details to the reader, because they have imagination too. *^^*
