Well, on our last page we talked about the end of an era approaching and it’s now here.
Say hello to Roy Wolverine, A.K.A. Jim, who debuts with his layout and inks/colors, along with Paul Driggere’s lettering. KJ will still be doing background work for as long as we need, which is awesome, and if our Patreon ever gets in gear, we can relieve KJ entirely and go with Roy on the full art.

Roy is a veteran comic book author and if you grew up watching Saturday morning and weekday cartoons in the late 80s and early 90s, Jim’s work is ALL OVER THEM. He’s done character animation and design for Walt Disney Productions, DIC Enterprises, and Marvel Studios to name a few.
He’s BIG, people. And you should definitely know of him, because we are so lucky to have him.

The page i must say looks great and things just keep getting more interesting every time for this series.
Oh boy. Well, this kind of drama was to be expected. But that shot of leilani and david is rather cute. But yeah, with her new lover and her ex on the same boat. Yeah, the awkordness is off the charts.
Cannot wait for more and to see more from roy here. Keep up the good work you guys and very proud of you for working hard for The Depths to reach this far.

Who’s the artist that did it. I’m pleased. Of course it was a bit awkward. I’m a wee bit embarrassed myself. But were they gonna talk a lot about the SOS stuff? Were the supposed to debate about how to end the mission well? I’m glad nothing else happened. Keep up the good work. Happy ending please.

This page looks nice! The only thing that I would like improved is that the lettering seems more pixel-y and it’s harder to read. But great work, and I love your comic.
Absolutely. I need to remind Riff that when lettering, it should be done AFTER re-sizing the image and not before. ^^

Moral of the story is “Choose Love, Not Money or Work.” Love conquers all. Its like “Choose Bora Bora, Not unstable New York stink town.” David should’ve thought about that a long doggone time ago if he loved Leilani so dang much.

Sure, you can still read them. You must understand what i’m talking about. You must have sympathy. Thanks. David-wolf and Leilani would’ve or could’ve been a great couple. If Leilani were to have Thierry, first David-wolf could’ve been dead while the children or a child could’ve been in the orphanage. I still pity them all. If only David-wolf did the right thing for her years ago.
I kinda wonder if there’s gonna be a chapter about before and after the separation of Leilani and David-wolf in New York to see what really happened there that caused Leilani so much pain. Also how long were they in New York? Just curious.

That David-wolf is a fool because of Jamie. David-wolf couldn’t tell Leilani the whole truth about things when he first met her. Leilani and David should still be grateful they’re alive. They saved each other’s lives many times long ago. They should be grateful. While there’s life, there’s hope. Everybody should lighten up a little.
