So, we guess everyone is wondering why we brought David back “from the dead”.
Well, first off, we never really established that he was dead, did we?
We needed him still. As much as we really didn’t like the character that much, we needed him because he’s the friction, the tension, not necessarily the bad guy here – but not the all-around good guy either. And he’s about to catapult them all into a new adventure filled with danger, horror, and a little bit of love.
Of course, you’re all also probably wondering something else – why Leilani acknowledges him with all the emotion of someone who, in KJ”s words, “found out she had black olives and not green olives on her favorite sandwich.” *^^*
Well, like we’ve said many times, it’s been 16 years…
We WILL eventually get into the past again, folks, we promise. But now’s not the time.
There is great evil coming…

I freaking knew it was him when he got off that boat with marie. Now, other then seeing his former love again. I have a feeling that’s not why he’s here. Clearly time has changed him and it would seem he’s been through quite a lot, besides our hotter otters.
Still, one must wonder why he and The Night Wind have returned to bora bora. Guess we’ll have to wait for him to give the answer is to why he’s back. Also, cannot wait to see what next adventure comes next for our hotter otters and must agree that it’s gonna be dangerous, with horror added like you say leilnai. I trust this next journey is gonna be a fun, intense, exciting and the little bit of love to come as you said is something i’m very much looking forward too. Also, what’s in that box maku’s holding?
And yes. There’s defiantly a great evil coming towards them and know that kalea foresaw it. Let’s just hope they succeed in fighting through what she saw and perhaps change the future. But that’s me. Cannot wait for page 93 and what it will offer.
We tried to keep David a secret as long as we could. I think folks got the hint when the “Night Wind” came back. ^^
Er, sorry but this is… not good.
I say this only as someone who has followed your work for years and knows you can do better. Maybe its just because its a pet peeve of mine, but characters should not be used as tools to create drama, especially changing without any foreshadowing or development. Those 16 years haven’t been witnessed by the reader and we just end up with a character whiplash. Characters need to evolve organically rather than bent into a role that doesn’t fit their personality.
I say this because I love this comic, I’ve supported it financially since it first stated and want it to succeed. I mean how often do you get great erotica combined with an actual good story? It’s a shame it appears to be going the direction of a soap opera instead of taking time to allow character to develop properly. Judging by the amount of confused comments, I’m not the only one with a sour taste in their mouth. Hopefully the next pages will prove me wrong.
I’m truly sorry to be posting this to a writer whose work I’ve loved for years, but I feel it needs to be said.
I want to personally respond and tell you I appreciate what you’re saying very much. This entire story has actually gone through several savage re-writes, you can’t imagine, and we’re trying very hard to present a much more engaging story this time around. We felt things were too one-dimensional, to be honest, and well, we knew we have to make things a bit more complex, especially with a lot more characters to use. I can assure you first off, this is not going to be a soap opera. There will be some moments, but there is a high-seas adventure at hand. And yes, there will be a point where we return to the past again, and watch our characters so much younger, more naive, and definitely out of their elements as they travel with David to the big city. *^^* Thanks so much for your support, and we hope you’ll continue it. Don’t be disappointed! This is merely a “rest stop”. *^^*
I believe we have an issue concerning the other stories.
They aren’t exactly dispalayed properly (excluding Island Girls and Insignificant Otters).
Are referring to archives?
Yes. It’s that I can’t exactly get to them as easily as the ones in the “READ OUR COMICS!” section.
Eventually, we’ll be making a complete website for Island Girls, but it needs a bigger following first. *^^*
What about the other stories?
The same deal. ^^ Just be patient.
I loved the story, a beautiful job for the creation of this comic.

I can’t believe it. David-wolf is alive! But what is going on? I don’t like it. Didn’t those two have any children that lived? I don’t what happened in New York city. But things could’ve been a lot better than I thought.
