Well, now…
It would appear as if Kalea has reawakened a bit more than we thought…
We were trying to think how we were going to work this out and it occurred to us that these manta-girls would simply grab our heroes and drown them deep below the sea eventually, so we had to devise some kind of weapon. You’ll recall, Kalea’s psionic abilities were brought out earlier in this story. Well, at the last minute we thought, “Wouldn’t it be completely out of left field if sweet, dear, innocent Kalea was actually a watery death weapon?”
Recall also that Kalea was unconscious for a little while, thanks to Tahnee – so it seems only natural that Kalea develop some incredible skills that mimic the Talen’s, skills she has probably always had and just never realized until now.
Our lesson for today: A war can change anyone.

Whoa! Now this is unexpecting! Looks like there’s more to Kalea then meets there eye here. She telepathy and has the ability of Hydrokinesis. That’s so cool! Also, lets hope she can use that to save Malana on time. I know she can hold her own, but Keema and her kind are better at staying underwater.
