The death of a child can ruin any family if there’s no love that lasts.
Ok, so I’m guessing the flashbacks show Leilani being pregnant with Aelani & the latter’s parents probably gave her away. It’s hard to imagine how Leilani is able to maintain her pre-pregnant figure after giving birth and I wonder how she and David ended up fucking and skinny-dipping in a swimming pool.
I see. They had something special and where happy with what they had.
A dream that led them into the light………Only to lead them….into a beautiful lie. This was indeed surprising leialni and there will be more to come. That i know for fact.
it would be nice if this two “reconciliate” somehow. i know that can be a little cliche but…it will be adorable at the same time aswell. i love your work! Keep it up!

Hopefully they can reach a point where they can at least be friendly to one another, without feeling like they open old wounds everytime they see each other
Damn it leilani, i asked and received on why she angry at him, but damn a child’s death is making me regretting for asking for the story, looks around for his eyes since the popped out after reading this like esq tex avery eyes popping out in surprise…
Damn remind me not to ask how she became immortal, i get the feeling that may have led to his death…

Suppose there will be 2 or 3 more chapters? The furry dude David-wolf was not to blame. Well, he could’ve or should’ve stayed in Bora Bora with Leilani, being her forever husband, forsaking everything to with New York and being a doggone journalist. They could’ve had kids. Those characters were so awesome. Still God must have mercy on us all. David and Leilani looked like such a cute great couple. I’m sure Jamie is in the worst place now for his deadly sins after being eaten by what looks like a giant ugly sea monster. I read some of the comic. But not all of it. Some parts of it were so sad and heartbreaking. Please keep it going. Look up wikifur into the depths furry comic. David-wolf could’ve or should’ve thrown away being a journalist to be with such a beautiful angelic otter girl Leilani. It does kinda remind me of Pocahontas. Things could’ve been different.
I suppose it wasn’t over yet? Having to do with Jamie must’ve returned. Curse that jerk.
Whoever Jamie was working for is the one to blame. David-wolf and Leilani would’ve been a great couple. David-wolf’s poor decisions, crime-fighting spree, secrecy and his inability to save their child is what causes those two to separate, right? Leilani was so upset. If only David-wolf had done the right thing. They could’ve stayed in Bora Bora or move to Hawaii instead.
Let’s hope you’re reading my comments. Can you tell what I mean? I still feel so bad for those furry characters, David and Leilani. Moral of the story is “Choose Love, Not Money or Work.” Love conquers all. Its like “Choose Bora Bora, Not unstable New York stink town.” David should’ve thought about that a long doggone time ago if he loved Leilani so dang much.
