Sounds like David wants Leilani and her team to dive for him again…

We argued for quite some time what David should be. Leilani wanted him to be military and working for Naval Intelligence, so that’s what we went with. They were in fact dealing with international issues at the time. But if anyone wants to comment and add their knowledge to the discussion, go for it. *^^*

One quick note of caution: this is David we’re talking about here, and he’s not really ever been helpful in laying out details…

And not everything is as it seems…

We did a thing! Our deep gratitude to J. “Roy” Jimenez for the trailer! ♥♥♥ (sorry, Youtube flagged it so you can only see it there.)

We want to apologize for being so late. As you well know, life has a way of getting in the way of our fun. *^^* New art changes are on the horizon however that will greatly speed up the flow of pages – and we’re really happy to have J. “Roy” Jimenez, who’s worked tirelessly on “Insignificant Otters” for months, signed on to handle art duties for Kino Jaggernov, putting less strain on everyone. KJ was just getting tired of doing this and wanted to abandon the project entirely.

We bid him a reluctant farewell, but we would rather have artists that care about our projects – and not just helping out because of friendships. 

So, you’ll see more of Jim’s work soon!

What is so special about the Blue Raider? What was the mission? And why is David even involved in any of this?

So many questions, we know. But not to worry. It’ll make sense soon enough and the answers will leave you all gasping for air…

The last page of an era. 
 
We can’t thank KJ enough for the amount of time and effort that was done. From the bottom of our hearts, bless you, and our fondest wishes for continued success. ♥ 

Leilani playing the detective was our original goal with “The Depths” but obviously it didn’t quite work out that way. *^^* We’re happy with our current choice of direction, and hopefully so will our readers. She’s had 16-17 years in the States, enough time to get a lot of culture, knowledge, wicked emotions, and street-smarts. And on top of all this, a princess in Bora Bora.

Oh yeah, we could have done a whole slew of comics, novels, animated series around this hot otter gal.

Maybe we might still try to, who knows? We’re not TOO old yet.

Well, on our last page we talked about the end of an era approaching and it’s now here.

Say hello to Roy Wolverine, A.K.A. Jim, who debuts with his layout and inks/colors, along with Paul Driggere’s lettering. KJ will still be doing background work for as long as we need, which is awesome, and if our Patreon ever gets in gear, we can relieve KJ entirely and go with Roy on the full art.

We hope people love the new look! ♥ Would like your comments below. Roy is a veteran comic book author and if you grew up watching Saturday morning and weekday cartoons in the late 80s and early 90s, Jim’s work is ALL OVER THEM. He’s done character animation and design for Walt Disney Productions, DIC Enterprises, and Marvel Studios to name a few.

He’s BIG, people. And you should definitely know of him, because we are so lucky to have him.
