It’s really not. You are required to hold perfectly still for an hour or more. ^^
the average person moves every 10 to 15 seconds,, (watch em..) , an getting one to not move for a minute is a real trick.. much less an hour.
an even WITH special training (military) to stay in place,. took at least a week for most to get…
