Intense drama and suspense as David manages to bring Leilani back. Malana is filled with guilt and sorrow and it seems she and Leilani are truly sisters again. Kalea’s over zealousness is just too adorable. We needed some kind of humor here to calm the readers down, and KJ did a great job of showing a lot of emotions in this page. Spot on! <3

Woooo! Yeah, David!! Whew! Next wildcard will be how the rest of the crew reacts when they return to the boat minus Jamie and the pearls. Fantastic storyline, and KJs artwork in that last panel with Kalea practically tackling David outnof gratitude certainly does provide that much needed light-hearted moment. Great job and I can’t wait to see where this goes next, and when we return to “present day” with Thierry.

Yes, and no. chest compression was actually dated as far back as the 1700s. But it wasn’t until the 1950s when mouth-to-mouth became an option as well. But since Leilani has practiced mouth-to-mouth with David to help him with air, it seemed fitting to have him do the same. *^^*
