At some point, we might want to revisit Kalea’s relationship with Tah’nee and her adventures with the Children of the Sea.

Very sad and very true. =( Even today, the pearl farming industry isn’t what it used to be. I’m going to just say it and blame China for the ecological stress its put on pearls and oysters worldwide. You hear me, China? *^^*
And now I am terrified. This comic is scaring me more than any Horror Game. This is a sign of excellent writing.
Lemme be the first to say… Keep Kalea safe while she keeps Leilani and Malana safe. I swear I’d have a heart attack if anything really bad happened to anyone-
Drowning is only fun if you’re into it. I don’t think Malana, Kalea, or Leilani are into it right now.

Thanks, Ruku. *^^* I’m sure the sentiment is shared by many people here. I wish the Patreon was better received but I’m sure once we really get a good number of pages under our belts, people will understand we are a team to be reckoned with in the webcomic industry. And someday, printed as well.
If I had the budget for it, I’d buy one of the higher-tier Rewards. Though, I feel like it could be selfish. Especially with the Giant Wave. Seeing my brand-spanking-new Fursona (or should I say Scalesona?) in The Depths would be awesome! But I wouldn’t want him to reduce the quality of the story, or worse…
You don’t have to go all out, not at all. We love the support no matter where ti comes from or how much. The more support, the more eyes on us, and the more we can do. Hoo boy! Otters be gettin’ all frisky and nekkid up in this! Kind of concerning, Malana willingly appropriating a gift of the sea goddess. I mean, the pearls themselves are one thing, but the oysters, that’s almost saying she can handle managing this gift from the sea goddess better than the goddess herself. I didn’t see something, but did Jamie ask for the oysters so he could potentially have a production source for the pearls, or did Malana freestyle that, to curry more favor from Jamie? I’m sensing doom…
That’s what’s really a question, isn’t it? What’s Malana’s intentions? *^^*
