Love comes in many forms. Some say it arrives like December snow, a little at a time, like a Robert Frost poem. And once you see how truly beautiful that snowfall is, and what it represents, then that’s it. You’re hooked. Other times? Love can come like a thunderbolt, completely unexpected, and in this case, quite suddenly.
There are sparks flying here. Leilani and David are just getting acquainted. And all too soon, their new-found love must be proven and tested.
Side note: Adoring sweet Kalea’s expression when James clings around her. SHE NO LIKE IT! Also, for LOLs, love how David is all “Hey, leave the women alone, you perv!” when he just got done getting acquainted with the princess like “Well, hello there!”

Already in these few short pages I am hooked. No, hooked is too… trite. Cliche. Cheap. I am entranced. The very title title of the story is a not quite in-your-face double entendre speaking of dreamy depths to entrap a sensual and aroused male, and speaks of the depths of passion as well as the physicality of a lovely woman. And of course it speaks of the depths of passion. That Leilani loves deeply and truly is evidenced by her tears over her lost love, even while in the arms of her new love. A noble and understanding mate will give comfort without evidence of jealousy. I truly cannot wait to read on – Felwin
That’s the starting point for the first chapter, which should’ve just existed. Yeah, the pages 10 – 75. Yeah, that’s chapter one. Dark reflections. That chapter rocks. If only that’s the only existing chapter if you adore Leilani and David-wolf.
